Established in 2004, this is the biggest outdoor studio in Korea. The studio recreates the Korea of 1910 to 1980, encompassing the Japanese colonization era, the time of the Korean War (war set), and the modern history of Korea, allowing the crew to shoot a wide range of films with historic background.

Approximately 80 structures and sets

 

3) Types of structures   

-  1910s to 1940s era : Train station, hospital, Government General building, street market alley, school, Japanese style mansion, old Seoul’s buildings, old streets of Seoul, etc. 

-  Korean War set

-  1940s to 1970s : 10 structures, including Ihwajang House, Donamjang House, commoners’ village (consists of approximately 13 structures), Kyungsung Station, the first department store of Korea, Jeoksan style house, etc.

-  1970s to 1980s : The streets of Jongno & Sogong-dong, Bank of Korea, Wongudan Altar, railway bridge, hospital, city alleys, Hongyemun in Incheon
