Mungyeong Studio, the first of its kind in the Daegu-Gyeongbuk region, opened in 2022 on the former SsangYong C&E Mungyeong Plant site. It consists of a 1,817㎡indoor studio building along with various facilities such as dress rooms and waiting rooms. The surrounding area includes the Mungyeong Saejae and Gaeun Open Set locations, as well as the former SsangYong C&E Mungyeong Plant, providing a variety of shooting set locations for production companies to utilize both indoor and outdoor spaces. A virtual production stage is also expected to be established near the indoor studio soon. A number of productions have been filmed at this location, including <Moving> and <Dr. Cheon and the Lost Talisman>. The studio will be operated by Next Studios from 2023 to 2026.
